90 points. Well made, the medium to full-bodied palate has a range of blackberry, licorice and dark chocolate flavours supported by fine, ripe tannins and vanillin oak.

88 points. Very deep, with a little grape shrivel evident; deep and dark and quite warm fruited. Finishes a little short.

90 points. The brighter of the two shiraz’s; similar fruit but better focus and precision on the finish.

91 points. 4.5 Stars “A spectacular shiraz. Add a dash of licorice and a hint of tar to red briary fruits and that’s the nose. The palate has power and complexity, with lip smacking dark berry fruits spread across it.
